Refund and Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days from postmark date to notify us in writing (email is acceptable) you would like to return an item. Email address to notify us for is Email address to notify us for is

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  1. a returnable item such as t-shirt, hat etc. Digital information newsletters or event tickets with expiration dates are NOT returnable.
  2. unused
  3. and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

ITEMS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS ARE TICKETS FOR FIXED DATE EVENTS. Examples: Concerts, sporting events and similar events.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Non-Refundable Items

Newsletter subscription containing digital information are tracked to view when file has been viewed by purchaser. If a file has been viewed, it immediately becomes a complete fulfillment of service and non-refundable.

If the file is corrupt or unviewable for an unforeseen reason, we will resend a new file once you have notified us via email of the problem.

If it becomes too late to use information contained in Digital Newsletter, we will extend the purchaser’s subscription by one day.

While not currently available, long range plans include subscriptions of our Digital Newsletters by single day, by week, by month, by quarter and by year.

Breakdown of whether a newsletter is refundable or not:

  • Single day or single game digital information—NON REFUNDABLE
  • Week subscriptions- NO PRORATING & NON REFUNDABLE
  • Month subscriptions- PRORATEABLE ONLY for second half of month subscription provided purchaser has notified us in writing by email ( or Bob no later than midnight cst of the last day of the first half of the month.

Example: Months with 30 or 31 days- we need to be notified in writing by email ( or to refund half a month fees for newsletter purchased by midnight cst of the 15th of the month. Cancelling a February month ( 28 or 29 days) subscription we must be notified by midnight cst on the 14th of February.

Event Tickets with expiration date are also non-refundable. Exception being event cancelled and money required to be refunded.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
